Bag-making Packing Machine

The bag-feeding automatic packaging machine usually comprises two parts: a bag-feeding machine and a weighing machine. The weighing machine can be a weighing type, or a screw-type, granular and powder materials can be packaged.
Working Principle: The robot is used to take, open, cover, and seal the user's prefabricated bags, and at the same time, complete the functions of filling and coding under the coordinated control of the microcomputer to realize the automatic packaging of the prefabricated bags.
Application: Small-size and large-volume automated packaging of food, condiments, and other products.
Advantages: Manipulators replace manual bagging, which can effectively reduce bacterial contamination in the packaging process and improve the level of automation
Disadvantages: The prefabricated bag must be free of static electricity. Otherwise, it is easy to take the double bag and not open it; it is not convenient to change the packaging specifications.
Tank-feeding Packaging Machine
The can type automatic packaging machine is mainly used for automatic canning of cup-shaped containers such as iron cans and paper cans. The whole machine is usually composed of three parts: a can feeder, a weighing machine, and a capping machine. The can feeder generally adopts an intermittent rotating mechanism, which sends a blanking signal to the weighing machine every time a station rotates to complete quantitative canning. The weighing machine can be a weighing type or a screw type, and granular, and powder materials can be packaged. The capping machine is connected to the can feeder through a conveyor belt, and the two are essentially single-machine linkage and work independently of each other.
Application: Mainly used for automatic packaging of chicken essence, chicken powder, malted milk essence, milk powder, and other products
Advantages: High degree of automation, few pollution links, high efficiency.
Disadvantages: It is not convenient to change specifications.
