CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS

Clients send us the requirements in detail.

1. Product incoming methods: such as neat incoming materials, manual pours, scattered incoming materials, preferably with video.
2. Product characteristics: fragile, regular, soft, sticky, etc.; It will be perfect if you can provide samples.
3. Packing method: one pack, two packs up and down, etc., preferably with pictures.
4. Production Capacity: how many products per minute?
5. What's the packing speed requirement?
6. What are the requirements for the size of the venue?
Engineers provide CAD drawings accordingly.

According to the customer's production needs, the designer will calculate the number and location of the sorting line + conveyor line + packaging machinery, draw the drawings, and mark the name and size of the machinery.
Production team starts to produce according to the design files.

The production department will analyze the machinery required by the drawings, list conventional and customized accessories, and follow up the production. Customized accessories need to be produced and processed individually.
Assemble.

First, assemble the bracket of the packaging machine, then to the conveyor bracket, assemble the conveyor line's belt, and then install the electrical configuration and the wires that connect the electrical box.
Quality Inspection

First of all, check the raw materials, whether the materials match, gloss, thickness, and wear, and arrange for processing.
Secondly, check the stability of the assembled machine.
Finally, connect the electricity, test the materials, and check the stability of the finishing.
