| Overview It is the automatic packing line connect with the wafer production line directly , after the wafer shelt been cut, through the conveyor different speed seperate the wafer into one line by one line, and through the plat board to make the wafer in tidy.
Through the servo pusher push the wafer from the main conveyor into the connection conveyor, there are two sensor on there, when sensor given the information let the servo pusher push the products come or not, the other sensor it is given the information to the cylinder pusher to let the pusher push the wafer into the packing machine shelf, then go for packing .For the whole machine , it is can adjustable , it can pack 4/8/10/12 pcs each as one group go to pack as buyer request. Off course if you request, for the cylinder sendsor also can by adopt with the servo motor instead, it will be more exactly.
